What’s in the update?
Anti-Money Laundering checks are an important part of client onboarding and verify important personal details.
🕵️ Our new On-Going Monitoring feature adds 12 Months of continuous monitoring for PEP (Politically Exposed Person) and Sanctioned individuals
❗ If a client is flagged as a potential risk, an email notification is sent to the original user and a red alert banner appears in the case management system
📝 Users can review the updated check, which is automatically saved to the case
📅 Ongoing Monitoring lasts for 12 months from the date of the check
🛡️ Ongoing Monitoring is in place by default, as shown by the shield icon
As a token of our appreciation, all previous AML checks done through Unity® Practice Management, since September 2025, have had an additional 12-month period of ongoing monitoring added at no extra cost.
