Christmas 2025 - Support Opening Hours
We want to inform you that our UK PMS Support Team at Dye & Durham will be available to assist you during the Christmas break.
Although support will be available throughout the festive season, we will have reduced capacity between the 24th December 2025 and the 2nd January 2026.

Christmas Opening Times 2025:
- Wed 24th December: 9.00am - 12.00pm
- Thurs 25th & Fri 26th December: CLOSED
- Mon 29th to Wed 31st December: 9.00am - 5.00pm
- Thurs 1st January: CLOSED
- Fri 2nd January: Back to normal business hours

Latest Update 10th Nov: From the Legal Aid Agency (LAA) regarding the replacement of the CWA system
You have probably been made aware that the Legal Aid Agency have delayed the go live date of the new Submit a Bulk Claim service, and it will not go live on 10th November as planned. More information can be found here.
We would like to reassure you that we have been ready our end for a number of weeks. We are now assisting the LAA with their validations to ensure there will be no delay when the LAA are ready to go live.
We remain in close contact with the LAA and Ministry of Justice and will continue to share any further updates or guidance as the launch date approaches.

NEW TA6 & TA7 Forms — now live in Unity® Practice Management
Following The Law Society's recent release of the updated TA6 (6th Edition) and TA7 (5th Edition) property forms, we can now confirm these are live within your practice management software.
Formevo are our supplier of these forms and they have created a support video explaining everything you need to know here The Law Society’s deadline for providers to make these forms live is 13 January 2026 — but by partnering with FormEvo, Dye & Durham are able to provide you with these updates sooner.
