Spoke to a customer whose very happy but suggested we have the data like, Table Spend, Time Seated, Last Checked, Waiter Assigned, etc., be visible on the table map without having to open the actual table or click info etc., Best would be if you had selections of what info you'd like to see on the tables inside the table map and display that on top of the table, where the table number currently sits. The data is already there and the pain point for Oolio is that there's money that's being left on the table from people who dine and dash. Or potentially could be getting more orders that we aren't catching increasing avg spend. Meaning they're not paying via Oolio Pay, so on a $100 order that wasn't collected on we're losing let's say $1.5 each time that happens. Or for upselling with more drinks. This shouldn't be only for Courses either, it should be something you can enable for any dining venue that uses table map (Casual or Fine)
