I have a group of venues that would love to move to oolio - away from hungryhungry. Their biggest pain point is item unavailability. Staff often set them then forget to reset. They always have fresh produce the next day so everything should be available. They suggested having a noficiation (maybe even in the shift closing summary @ end of day) to list the current unavailable products so they can go in and adjust them as required. They want to take a step back and grow more but feel they need to be very hands on with micromanaging staff - this would allow them visibility and easy fixes if something is not correct.
