As a warehouse user, I would like the ability to have carrier scheduling users request an appointment date/time if they are unable to find an available appointment time within the expected ship by and arrive by dates so I can receive a notification and determine if I want to manually override the availability and schedule their appointment.
As a scheduling user, I would like the ability to request an appointment date/time if I’m unable to find availability within the expected shipment criteria. Ideally I will provide the necessary shipment info and a reason for the request so the warehouse can determine or confirm if it’s a critical shipment and needs to override the warehouse availability or have new availability openings created.
