How do we schedule carriers when they have a ship window of several hours instead of a set time? We have multiple carriers who have a ship window and we want to properly track if they showed up within that time frame or missed it.

For drops and Pickups of drop loads, most warehouses would like to just notify the carrier that the load is ready to be picked up and on those cases the pick up window is more flexible than a set appointment time: It can be something like "Pick up by morning", or "Pick up in the next day" and they'd still want to track if the pickup happened within the window
