Carriers don't always behave like we expect them to. This is what we heard from a customer: We are having issues with carrier booking multiples appointment per day instead of editing an appointment. I would like a popup that asking them if they want to edit their existing appointment if they already have one the day that they are trying to book. Currently they are blocking multiples timeslot when they could only use 1.
