Instead of 60 different load types for a carrier to select from it would be helpful for them to pick a customer/material first that would direct them only to the load types tied to that customer

We will allow first for filtering inbound outbound load types to reduce the list of load types on the screen. In the future, we want to allow for Vendor/Customer restricted Load Types so the carrier would input the customer and we would display only the available load types for the customer
