Add ability for a user to set notifications preferences just for their personal user that can override the warehouse default notifications.This would give users the ability to have custom notifications settings without disturbing the notifications that other people receive, and without having to disturb the warehouses default notifications settings for users. This would allow users to disable notification types that they do not need getting sent to them as well as allow them to enable notification types that they would like to receive.
