Opendock Ideas

Add the ability to disable Yard Tasks for facilities that don't have more than one yard driver or don't want to utilize the tasks. Otherwise, they can accidentally create a yard move task, not have a yard driver user, then need to reach out to their support team to get it canceled before they can use the spots.
