Bid farewell to unwanted notifications 👋

At OpenLearning, we’re pleased to announce that we’ve made exciting changes to allow you to control how you want to receive notifications for course social activities related to you - right at your fingertips.

This includes:

• More control over the types of course activities that you can receive notifications for, including chat messages;
• Be able to opt out of being automatically subscribed to new activities on comments and posts that you’ve liked;
• Be able to mute a class if you are no longer actively participating or facilitating the class; and
• Be able to preview the full notification message on your feed.

But that's not all... In addition to course social activity notifications, you'll also receive other important notifications related to class updates, engagement, and assessments. Your course administrators will determine the settings for these notifications to ensure that you never miss out on crucial course information.

With our new feature, you'll stay in the loop while having more control over your notifications.
