I am writing to discuss a potential enhancement to Opinew that could significantly increase its utility for businesses like ours that are expanding rapidly on social platforms, particularly TikTok. We currently manage over 500 product listings on TikTok Shop and are poised to expand to thousands in the near future. Given the scale of our presence and the growing importance of social commerce, an integration between Opinew and TikTok Shop would be immensely beneficial. Notably, platforms like Yotpo have already implemented integrations with TikTok to share reviews and user-generated content, which highlights the feasibility and potential benefits of such a feature.

Improved information architecture and user experience

- Define the custom attributes to go alongside a review (product properties or reviewer properties) - Allow customers to leave custom attributes with their reviews

- AI summary and sentiment analysis for reviews - AI generated prompts for review replies

- Clarify the review requests table - Exclude certain products from review requesting - Use different criteria to request

Improve the design of the Leave a Review form so customers have a better experience

Assess the performance of your reviews over time, including measuring open rates and response rates
