The "Read Only" banner for accounts with view only permissions floats in front of the page, anchored to the bottom of the window. There's no minimize or x-out button to temporarily close the banner and as a result, you can't reach any widget control buttons or read text that runs behind it. Would be best if it was moved into the footer so the whole page is accessible or alternatively, into the header bar. Thanks!
