What's new on AdvisoryAI

Atlas can now read your client emails in Outlook, so what a client said by email counts alongside what they said in meetings.

• Inbox and sent items: Atlas reads emails that include the email address of a client already in AdvisoryAI.
• Ask by client: Name the client and ask what they last emailed about, or what you sent them. No keyword needed.
• Client emails only: Emails without a known client’s address are not read, so check each client’s record holds the address they email from.
• One step if you connected Outlook before October: Reconnect Outlook under Settings, then Integrations, and approve the new permission to read email. Until you do, Atlas sees your calendar only. If you have not connected Outlook yet, connect it there now.

The more Atlas knows about each client, the less you have to look up.
