What's new on Qoblex

A few weeks ago, we introduced the ability to print product labels directly from the Purchase Order screen. This made it easy to generate labels containing barcodes, prices, product names, locations, and more.

Since then, many of you asked for the ability to print labels directly from the Products page as well — and we’re happy to announce that it’s now available.

Print Labels from the Products Page

You can now:

• Select one or more products from the Products page
• Open Bulk Actions
• Click Print Labels

From there, you can:

• Choose how many labels to print for each variant
• Select your preferred label template
• Generate a PDF ready for printing

Simply send the downloaded PDF to your preferred label printer.

Print Labels from Purchase Orders

You can still print labels directly from Purchase Orders as well.

To do this:

• Open a Purchase Order
• Select the line items you want labels for
• Click Print Labels

You’ll be able to choose the template, adjust quantities, and generate the label PDF in the same way.

We hope this update makes label printing faster and more flexible for your workflow.
