🚚 Send only the orders you want to ship to ShipStation

If you connect Shopify directly to ShipStation, every order flows across — ready or not. Now you can select specific orders in Qoblex and send just those to ShipStation, keeping Qoblex as the control point for what enters your shipping workflow.

What gets sent with each order:

  • Customer, ship-to address, and bill-to address
  • Line items, quantities, and SKUs
  • Weights where available
  • Requested shipping service
  • Source channel (e.g. Shopify)
  • Qoblex order metadata, including enough Shopify identifiers to support fulfillment updates flowing back

Eligibility rules — orders must be paid, shippable, have a shipping address, include at least one unshipped physical line, and not be already fully shipped. Ineligible orders are skipped with a clear per-order reason rather than failing silently.

Sending is idempotent. If you send the same order twice, Qoblex updates the existing ShipStation order rather than creating a duplicate. Qoblex stores the ShipStation order ID, sync status, last sync timestamp, and last error on the order record.
