🏷️ Set a default tax treatment on a price list

Price lists now carry a tax setting that automatically defaults orders to the right tax treatment when you apply that list.

The setting has three options: Tax Inclusive, Tax Exclusive, or Not Set. When you select a price list on a Sale Order or Purchase Order, the order's tax toggle defaults to match. If the price list is set to "Not Set", the order's toggle is left on whatever it was before, so existing behavior is preserved for price lists where tax treatment should stay flexible.

The default only applies at the moment you pick the price list. You can still flip the toggle manually afterward and your choice is kept. All existing price lists default to "Not Set", so nothing changes on current orders unless you go in and configure the new setting.
