Two improvements to the Word (.docx) template path close gaps that came up most often.
If you have defined a Product custom field, you can now include it as a column in the repeating line-items block of your uploaded Word template. Add a merge field using the custom field's key inside the line-items section and it will print that product's custom-field value on each line, across Invoices, Bills, Purchase Orders, and Sale Orders. Lines with no product attached and products with no value set for that field print the column empty. Only Product-type custom fields are supported; no designer-template UI changes are needed.
Packing slips are not yet supported for this feature.
Printing a sale order refund now works when the selected print template is a Word (.docx) file. Previously, choosing a Word refund template caused an error. The merge-field conventions are the same ones used for Orders, Invoices, and Purchase Orders, so you can build a refund template using what you already know. Designer refund templates are unaffected.
