Mirel Score and SINS
Just add them from the Custom Forms Library
- Go to https://seriousmd.com/doctor/doctordashboard/#/Settings
- Under Templates, pick Custom Forms
- Click on Library
- Download the custom template you want
- You can now use it when you create a new note!
- If you want to use it on iOS, just let your device sync and it will be there as well.
