Announcing the new SimpleTix Analytics center
We have just launched the new SimpleTix Analytics center. Previously, most of the reporting on SimpleTix has been focused on downloadable reports. We heard from many users that they wanted to see more reporting and graphs in the app.
You can see the analytics center by clicking Reporting -> Analytics or by navigating to this link: https://manager.simpletix.com/general/analytics
There are 4 new screens here:
All Events: provides a high level summary across all of your events
Event Summary: drills in to everything you need to know about one event
Daily Dashboard: beautiful graphs to show you scans, ticket sales, and merch sales over time
Sales & Fees: breakdown of where your revenue is coming from
These are still a work in progress and we would love to hear your feedback. We are committed to continuing to improving reporting on SimpleTix. Please feel free to comment on what you want to see (please leave your email so we can follow up).
