Order Notes for In-Person Sales!
In the SimpleTix Organizer iOS and Android applications, you can now add an order note on the order screen and when filling out buyer information. You can view order notes by tapping on the “View Attendee Questions and Notes” button on the order screen and on the admit screen. See below screenshots.
Improved In-App Square Product Redemption Experience
We have provided some much needed flexibility by itemizing our product redemption experience. You no longer have to redeem the entire quantity of an item… if someone ordered two hotdogs but only wants to redeem one, we now support that! We are also now showing a new icon with a checkmark when all items have been redeemed, so you can know that information without tapping. See below screenshots.
Improved Attendee Screen Functionality
We’ve made multiple enhancements to the attendee screen based on your feedback! After tapping on an attendee, you can now (1) add/edit attendee names, (2) add/change attendee photos, (3) view waivers and waiver statuses, (4) admit the attendee, (5) redeem square products, (6) view attendee questions and order notes, and (7) go the order screen associated with the attendee. See below screenshot.
Improved Order Screen Functionality
We’ve also made a few enhancements to the order screen based on your feedback! Specifically, we’ve added (1) the ability to view attendee questions and order notes directly from the order screen, (2) the ability to “View Attendees” associated with the order, so you can quickly toggle between the order screen and the admit screens, and (3) the ability to add order notes as mentioned above.
