Dynamic Newsfeed: Tenants, owners, and admins can create and view posts in the community newsfeed. This feature could be used for updates on maintenance work, community events, and important announcements. Users can filter posts by category (e.g., events, maintenance updates).
Polls and Surveys: Admins can conduct surveys or polls to gather feedback from tenants on potential improvements or community matters. This helps engage tenants and ensures that their voices are heard.
