Event Calendar: A shared calendar that lists community events, social gatherings, or facility bookings. Tenants can RSVP and see upcoming events, and owners or admins can promote them to generate revenue or enhance community interaction.
Online Facility Booking: Tenants can book common facilities (e.g., clubhouse, gym, pool) directly through the platform. Admins can charge fees for private bookings, and owners can earn additional revenue when facilities are reserved for events.
