When a apartment user upload the payment proof and submit, It's automatically posted as paid, there maybe false or wrong upload by the apartment users. There must be a validation process by the admin/manager panel so that admin can verify the payment with the bank accounts or cash receipt and approve that uploaded receipt or submit.
