Enhanced Visitor Management: Implement a digital visitor registration system where visitors can check in and out of the premises. Admins can manage and monitor visitor activity, while owners can charge fees for visitor access, improving security and generating revenue.
Security & Staff Tracking: Admins can track security personnel and maintenance staff attendance, shifts, and job completion. This helps optimize resource allocation, reducing inefficiencies and improving safety for tenants.

This should be high priority feature where owners should be able to accept visitors & delivery persons then only security person can allow visitor. There are some feature of real-time notifications in laravel/code-ignitor too which can be implemented.
