Most societies have residents meetings every year, so a function to manage the meetings. Send agenda, send invite, manage feedback, send minutes, manage actions (tasks) following the meeting.

Conducting polls in which each apartment owner can vote only once. The admin can then create multiple options for each option and attach a quote if necessary. This allows all owners to vote for tasks based on one of the several options presented, and the results are visible to everyone in real time. Voting must have a deadline, as after that date and time, voting is closed.
