Its a big day!
We have added a major feature to Sparrow. Now you can configure product review email reminders and automatically remind your customers to leave a review in case they have not.
This feature is smart enough to know to not send any unwarranted emails and only remind people in case they have not done that already.
You can configure this by going to Dashboard -> Reviews -> Settings -> Review emails -> Request reminders
Now you can add your billing name under billing section to more correctly represent your or your company's name on the invoices.
You can add your billing name by going to Account -> Billing (https://app.getsparrow.io/account/billing)
We have introduced GST billing for our Indian customers.
Since it's a mandatory requirement by the Indian Government to process all invoices with GST included, we are happy to announce that Sparrow now supports B2B GST billing.
You can now add your business details in your account section to enable B2B GST billing. Just head over to Account -> Billing and fill in your details.
