Design and develop an additional global talent pool feature. This would not utilize your existing staff pool (your staff would remain completely private and in your hands). This would instead expand the StaffConnect suite to add a separate global database of approved staff that you could utilize to fill in gaps in your existing talent pool, when needed. StaffConnect would source the talent separately.
