Currently, customers pay directly for each order through cash, card, or mobile payment. To improve customer loyalty and simplify transactions, we want to introduce a digital wallet system inside the restaurant management platform. This will allow customers to preload money, earn rewards, and pay directly from their wallet balance. Some customers pay in advance for future meals or ongoing catering services. Instead of manually tracking these prepayments, the system should manage them digitally using a customer wallet. Each customer’s wallet will store prepaid balances that can later be used to pay for orders.
