Automated Billing for Agent and Property Owners

There is a need for an automated system for recurring rent and bill payments, complete with reminders.
For an agent/agency with many tenants, the manual method will make billing and payment rigorous.
Allow rent payment to be weekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly, quarterly, and one-time (for sold apartment) while some services billing continue
