Proposed Feature: Enhanced “Call Waiter” with Notes & Quick Options I would like to suggest an enhancement to the Call Waiter feature. Instead of only sending a generic call request, it would be very useful to allow customers to select a reason or add a note when calling the waiter. Suggested options could include: • Need napkins • Need a spoon / fork • Need an ashtray • Request the bill (offline payment) • Other (with a short custom note) Benefits: • Helps waiters understand the request before reaching the table • Saves time and reduces unnecessary back-and-forth • Improves service speed and customer satisfaction • Makes the Call Waiter feature more practical and restaurant-friendly This enhancement would significantly improve table-side communication and overall service efficiency.
