Critical Bug: Customer data lost when changing order status

I have detected a critical issue where customer information is lost when an order changes status.
This happens both in the Point of Sale (POS) and for orders placed through the customer's website. When a customer is assigned to an order and the status changes (e.g., to "Preparing", "Ready", or "Confirmed"), the customer data is automatically removed from the order, breaking the relationship between the sale and the client.
