In most of the businesses it is important to be able to create n printers and in the product assign in which printer it should go out, take into account this functionality.

is it also possible to set the number of prints? In our case in the kitchen we need 2 individual prints of the same ticket (possibly compatible with automatic ticket cutting)

You should allow each branch to add Station i.e. bar station, burger station, pizza station etc and each one gets the part of the order in their KOT print to prepare. The counter station is the one that has the full KOT and prepares the complete order for the specific table from all the stations.

The best way to make it succes, different the KOT by category, example, food category wiil go to kitchen, drinks category will go to bar , dessert category will go to barista . Then every sections like kitchen, bar or barista will have own interface for order.
