Improvement: Can we have a drop down list that allow owners to select PO and the the amount field in the expenses will be the same amount as the PO? The PO attachment should also be automatically attached as receipts.
Why: This will prevent duplicate keying of purchase orders since data is there already.

In purchase order you need to have the price of purchase of items. This should enter automatically into the inventory, and also be factored into the price of items. You have price in inventory/inventory-items while its better to just have the price based on the purchased invoice quantity and price from the vendor.

1. Allow user to select PO via a drop down and once paid it will update in the Inventory-PO as well as paid. 2. Once we select the PO it should grab the total values of the PO into the "amount" filed in the expenses module. 3. System should also update the PO as paid when is recorded under expenses. In short expense and PO module is somewhat connect and should have a status of the PO payment status whether is paid or not paid so owners know whether is paid anot.
