From the customer interface, I can create as many orders as I want if membership is not mandatory. When ordering from outside the restaurant via web or mobile interface, membership can be mandatory to prevent fraudulent orders. When the QR code is read or if the customer is near/in the restaurant (with location information), they can order without being a member.
