Feature Request: Guest-to-Restaurant Support Chat

I would like to suggest adding a chat feature between guests and the restaurant’s support/admin team.
This feature would allow customers to communicate directly with the restaurant regarding:
• Order issues or complaints
• Refund or return requests
• General inquiries about their orders
Having a built-in chat system will improve customer experience and help resolve issues faster without needing external communication channels.
It would be great if the chat is linked to each order, so both the customer and the restaurant can easily track conversations related to a specific order.
