KOT deletion/cancelation deletes the order

When someone (eg. cancel the KOT) cancels/delete theKOT. It Automatically deletes the order related to it, regardless of whether the order is complete or not.(Very serious issue because the chef has superpowers to simply delete any order that has KOT
