Missing Add to Cart Option When Selecting Item

Hi,
I noticed an issue with the item selection behavior.
When clicking on an item, the only option that appears is “Cancel”.
Why is there no “Add” button to allow adding the item to the cart?
From a user experience perspective, there should be a clear Add / Add to Cart option when an item is selected.
Please let me know if this is expected behavior or if it can be improved.
