I would like to suggest that if the POS can be linked to physical receipt printer so the kitchen gets it printed and when paying it can print receipts for customers.
I would like to recommend to pay directly instead of doing to step to go to the payment page

You could also add an option to send receipts to the clients by whatsapp

Agree, printing the recipt automatically is very imoprtant
