Sales Report & Category Report & Item Report Numbers are not matching because Sale Report SUM only Paid Orders while Category & Item Reports are SUM All Order Types.
it would be better if you can give 3 column in all report
PAID
UNPAID
CANCELED
it will give more clear Numbers when Cross Check with End of Day
