Suggestion: Implement Offline Mode for POS System

I would like to share a suggestion regarding the new POS system currently on the roadmap.
It would be extremely valuable to consider implementing an offline mode that allows the system to continue operating in case the server goes down or there is a connectivity issue.
The idea is that if the server becomes unavailable or there is a temporary failure, the POS should still be able to process and record sales locally. Once the connection is restored, the data could automatically sync with the server.
This would help prevent operational interruptions, especially during critical business hours, and ensure service continuity.
I believe this functionality would be a significant improvement in terms of system reliability and user experience.
