Telegram and sms login, registration and notification

Allow user to register or login with telegram or sms. Tabletrack can also send notifications to telegram account or sms. Also, a passwordless login can be added, for example, a direct link can be send through email, sms or telegram and using the link to login automatically. Also a biometric login can be added for very fast login.
