We propose adding a Ticket System module that allows customers to submit support tickets directly from their account instead of relying on WhatsApp or external messages.
Key Features:
• Create a new support ticket with issue category
(Technical – Payment – Menu – Printing – Other)
• Set ticket priority
(Low / Medium / High / Urgent)
• Built-in ticket conversation system (Customer ↔ Support)
• Ability to upload images or files
• Ticket status management:
Open – In Progress – Waiting for Customer – Closed
• Notifications when there is a reply (In-system + optional Email/SMS)
• Full ticket history for each customer
• Admin dashboard to manage tickets by:
• Status
• Priority
• Date
• Customer
