To keep payment branch wise instead of restaurant

Right now, table track system charges by restaurant wise but instead of it if we can charge by it's branches. So, we need more profit as well as clarification for the customer to manage all their branches with separate functions like separate logo, theme, tax, payment gateway, recepit, delivery and other related functionalities.
It would be great to manage separately branches for the customers and more profitable for the system owner too.
