Ability to utilize set of test data in a randomized way

We need a way to utilize a set of datasets that we can utilize in a teststep.
For Example:
1) We can use a set of different logins ( username/password) to login to our application in a randimized fashion.
2) Another example- using a set of credit card numbers that we rotated around for a test case.
