📥 A New Inbox, End to End: Meet TextPeak v1.1.0
TextPeak v1.1.0 (Look Who's Purging Now) is here, and it is the biggest change to the Inbox since it launched: a redesigned agent workspace, a settings area reorganized around what you are actually trying to do, and a lot more control over how conversations behave.
⚒ Settings, grouped so you can find things
Everything that configures your inbox is now grouped into Workspace, Routing, Automation, and Availability & Library, with a search box. Team management is now Teams, User management is Users, Tag management is Tags, and Canned templates are Canned Responses.
🛡️ New controls in General Settings
Block incoming media by type: images, videos, documents, or contacts. Stop agents attaching files at all. Give agents a few seconds to undo a sent message.
Set how far back conversation search reaches. And close inactive conversations automatically, with an optional closing message.
🗂️ Two ways to work
Switch between Chat layout and Table layout at the top of the Inbox sidebar.
Chat layout is for replying. Table layout shows conversations as rows, so you can update status, team, assignee, and tags without opening a single chat.

Build a set of filters once, name it, and it lives in your sidebar and updates in real time. Combine channel, filters, teams, and tags.

The Details panel now includes Previous conversations, so a contact's earlier threads are one click away.

👥 Teams, rebuilt
Every team now opens on an Overview showing its sender profiles and incoming routing, alongside Agents and Templates tabs. Search agents by name, add teammates, and limit a team to specific approved WhatsApp templates.

🏷️ Tags in categories
Group conversation tags into categories so agents pick the right one faster. Anything without a category lands in Uncategorized.

💬 Canned responses per team and channel
Scope a response to the teams that need it and the channels it suits. Leave either empty to share it with everyone.
🤖 Auto replies that answer more than buttons
WhatsApp rules now trigger on free text and on incoming media, not just template interactions. Map specific replies to specific answers, set a fallback for anything unexpected, and have any reply assign a team, add tags, or close the chat.
🔄 Refresh your balance on demand
A refresh control next to your balance fetches the current figure from the CommPeak Portal.
