With today’s update, contacts can now be reassigned using Lead Routes. If you pre-qualify and speak with your leads on behalf of your agents, you can now let one of your existing Lead Routes determine how to process the contact and who to assign it to when qualified.
When editing a contact, click the Lead Route button (located next to the clock). You should be prompted to select a Lead Route to send the contact through. On save, the Lead Route will perform any necessary work with the Contact and make sure it finds its way to the correct owner.
