New job post & application form design - check your additional scripts!
Along with the product team we are now working on a new job post and application form design. We're planning some awesome changes that will make the job posts and application forms you create in TRAFFIT even more attractive to your candidates. Stay tuned!
The new job post design will be implemented at the beginning of June, so if you are using any scripts or styles that are visually modifying your job posts or application forms (to align them with your company's visual identification) - you may need to update & adjust them to the new design.
You are not using any additional scripts in your job posts?
That means you don't have to wait and you can switch to the new design even today!
You can do that in Settings > Job posting & GDPR > Job post settings:
You are using the scripts and you want to make sure they will work properly with the new design?
To check that, complete the following steps:
1. Go to the list of job posts in any job where any additional scripts and styles modifying the appearance have been used,
2. Hover your cursor over the job post tile and select "Preview new job post design":
3. The job post in the new design will open in a new tab. Check if the job post is displayed correctly. Just in case, check it on several job posts - unless the same script has been added on all of them.
4. If the scripts you are using work correctly, you can go to Settings > Job posting & GDPR > Job post settings and switch to the new design today!
5. If they are not working correctly, you need to modify the scripts on the active job posts and in the job post templates (for newly created job posts).

Only the new job post design will be available from the beginning of June!
The transition period will last a month - so you'll have plenty of time to check that your scripts are working properly with the new design 😉 During this time, you'll have the option to switch between the new and old design of job posts and application forms in the Settings tab anytime.

The newest version also makes it easier to copy candidates' email addresses and phone numbers - you can do this directly from the list, without loading the entire profile:
We also decided to make browsing through the candidate lists easier by introducing a preview icon, available for long texts:
An important change has also occurred for system administrators - any changes to the configuration of a candidate, user, recruitment, or CRM profile are saved automatically. No more need to save changes and refresh the system every time! 💪
