Ability to view a profile of a participant who is a non-attendee

When there are non-attendees bidding on auction or making other purchases it would be helpful to be able to see their carts.

This would be SO helpful - we sell items that I need to add to people's carts and I cannot do that without giving them a "Complimentary ticket" to the event. THEN they are visible and I can add the item to their cart. (This is for people who participated in a now closed silent auction or previous event with us.)
