Add Gift Letter Codes to NXT Integration

Not critical, but it would be nice to add the Gift Letter Code field to the NXT Integrations sections for an event. I sometimes run letters in batches saving small donations from a wine pull or other games for last. I have their own letter codes so that I am not delaying getting out acknowledgements to high-dollar donors. Thanks!
