Add way to set receipt stack for RE NXT integration

We need to be able to add a receipt stack (ideally) and at minimum change the starting number for receipting. We have many platforms and receipt in many ways and we need to be able to control these fields.
Note from Trellis - RE NXT currently does not have an option for 3rd parties integrate with receipt stack or receipt series. We have passed along this feedback to the team at RE NXT.
